Your card is taken upon booking your appointment.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancelling and or/rescheduling all appointments. Less than 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled service(s). Late arrivals will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. Late arrivals will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
